Interior Design, a life-long passion for architecture as well as several years' design experience working with high-end residential interiors, Leslie provides design services for clients in two distinctly different arenas: Residential Design and Real Estate Home Staging.

As both a Residential Designer and a Real Estate Stager, it's worth pointing out that though the two professions are related, they are distinctly different. As a Residential Designer, Leslie is hired by the homeowner and charged with personalizing the home to the client's tastes and lifestyle, customizing the space for them. Real Estate Home Staging for the purpose of selling a property is quite different -- but it's much more than simply depersonalizing a home and removing clutter to appeal to a prospective buyer. Home Staging, when done properly, is executed with the informed knowledge of the target demographic for the neighborhood and price range. Leslie enjoys transforming homes to prepare them for quick and successful sales, whether the properties are currently furnished or vacant. Her mission is to make the sometimes-overwhelming process of preparing a home to sell simple, streamlined and profitable for both homeowners and Realtors.

In both Residential Design and in Professional Home Staging, Leslie incorporates several years' professional experience working with Fortune 500 clients, as well as her experience and Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. She welcomes design projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. Leslie finds helping residential clients in times of transition and transformation thoroughly gratifying.
